The Effective Employee Representative – Role & Legislation

Training for employment representatives on their role, duties and employment law

Our employee representative, role and legislation training, helps staff representatives understand their role and associated employment law.

To improve success and efficiency in role and to reduce dispute over legislation or proven good practice it is beneficial for Employee Reps to have a good understanding of their role and duties and the key legislation they may be involved with.

This one day course covers both.  It demonstrates how employee representatives can bring enhanced benefits to all parties, employees, management, the business/organisation and the reps themselves.  Additionally, understanding underpinning employment law knowledge enables Workforce Representatives to answer questions from colleagues in an informed way, helping to allay fear and worry.
