This one-day training course explains the role of Employee Representatives & Staff Reps and the key employment laws & legislation they they need to understand.

Employee representation is an essential element of most successful business. The effective employee representative plays a critical link between staff and management, helping both to understand the others views and perspectives.

To improve success and efficiency in role and to reduce dispute over legislation or proven good practice it is beneficial for Employee Reps to have a good understanding of their role and duties and the key legislation they may be involved with.

This one-day course explore both areas and helps Employee Representatives fulfil their role in a way that brings enhanced benefits to all parties, employees, management, the business/organisation and the reps themselves.

For Whom
This workshop is for new, potential or recently elected employee representatives from all business types and sectors, including trade unions representatives.

It also acts as a refresher for existing employee representatives or union representatives looking to understand how they can be more effective in role.
