All courses, except our one-hour lecture series, include our 12 months follow on advice service.
The indicative prices below, are based on acceptance of our simple “quote and acceptance” contracting process with payment being made within 37 days of booking . We are pleased to quote against other terms. The prices below exclude VAT

ONLINE TRAINING PRICES – £700 + £30/PERSON (FULL DAY)
Our online courses are delivered live, in real time, with a lead trainer on your video conferencing platform, TEAMS/ZOOM etc.
- A maximum of 15 delegates can attend.
- CPD Certification is included.
- One-day courses, typically run from 09:15/30 to 16:15/30.
- You are required to provide the video conferencing platform and issue invites
- You are required to print/distribute materials and CPD certificates from PDF files we supply.
- Indicative cost, excluding VAT, is £700 + £30/delegate.
- There are no hidden extra charges.
The indicative cost for a group of 10, is just £1000+vat
Half day courses are charged at £450 + £20/person
Two half day courses delivered in one day are charged at £700 + £15/person
ONE HOUR COURSES – £600
Our one hour courses are designed to add gravitas to your internal training.
They enable large groups of people, or the whole workforce to be trained simultaneously.
The enable key messages, including inhouse policies and procedures to be trained out live, real time by an experienced subject specialist.
- Any number of delegates can attend.
- Times and dates are by mutual agreement.
- The cost, including alignment to your Policies and Procedures is £600+vat.
- Costs include reasonable time to align content to your prevailing situation, your inhouse policies and procedures
- PP slide handouts are issue post training, attendance is evidenced via your Video Conferencing Platform reports. CPD certificates, when provided, are based on these.
- There are no hidden extra charges.
FACE-TO-FACE TRAINING – £1300 + £30/PERSON (FULL DAY)
Despite advances in online training technology we still find that Face-to-Face training delivery provides the most effective learning experience.
All courses can be delivered, on your premises, by an experienced trainer and subject specialist.
- A maximum of 20 delegates can attend.
- CPD certification is included
- One-day courses typically run from 09:30 to 16:30.
- The client is required to provide the venue, refreshments if required, room and all equipment
- The client is required to print/distribute materials and CPD certificates from PDF files
- Indicative cost, excluding VAT, is £1300 + £30/delegate.
- Additional travel costs apply if travel time, by train, exceeds 2 hours.
- Our quotes are fully inclusive – there are no extra charges.
The indicative cost, for a group of 10, is just £1600+vat
Half day courses are charged at £1100 + £20/person.
Two half day courses delivered in one day are charged at £1300 + £15/person
SHORT TASTER COURSES – £600
We have a very small range of short taster courses that showcase our offer at a low, introductory, price
Each course lasts 3 hours and is delivered live, by a subject specialist, on your inhouse video conferencing platform.
Our short taster courses offer incredible value. Up to 14 people can attend for the fully inclusive price of £600+vat.
Mix and Match Sessions
We can also deliver multiple short courses in one day, either online or on your premises. for example:
- One half day course can be delivered twice in one day
- Two different 3 hour courses can delivered in one day
- Three, 1.5 hour courses can be delivered in one day
- Four, one hour courses can be delivered in one day
This applies to training delivered online or at your premises.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The following information applies to all courses
- Content can be aligned to your specific needs and inhouse policies – usually at no additional cost
- Dates may be offered to multiple clients – dates can be secured against firm bookings
- Client specific quotes include all trainer travel, accommodation and subsistence
- There are no hidden extras added to our client specific quotes
- Copyright remains with Concrew Training and/or the original authors
- Video recording is by prior agreement only – licensing charges apply
- Official VAT Invoices are issued for all clients
- Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, BACS or Cards
- Payment receipts are available on request
- Charges apply in the event of cancellation and/or date changes
