Sexual Harassment Workforce Training

Preventing Sexual Harassment at Work, Workforce awareness training

A 60-minute training session is for staff. It highlights what sexual harassment looks and feels like before moving on to explain how to respond to sexual harassment as a victim or a witness. It also gives guidance on how to report concerns to management and what follow on action should be expected.

The Worker Protection Act 2023 introduces a specific requirement for employers to take positive action to prevent the sexual harassment of employees at work.  Employers are expected to adhere to the codes of practice set by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (ERHC).  This means they need to implement robust “not tolerated here” policies backed up by high quality staff training, reporting and investigation processes.

Where required we can dovetail content with inhouse policies and procedures on reporting and investigation.
