PREVENTING SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT WORK
GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TRAINING FOR MANAGERS AND LEADERS.

The Worker Protection Act 2023 introduces a specific requirement for employers to take positive action to prevent the sexual harassment of employees at work.   Whilst employer organisation will need to have robust policies and procedures in place it will be down to individual leaders and managers to ensure they are understood and followed.

Line managers at every level will need an understanding of how to respond if sexual harassment is reported, witnessed, suspected.

This 1-hour lecture style presentation training session is for management. It provides background information on the Worker Protection Act and explains their duty to prevent sexual harassment at work.   It includes guidance on what sexual harassment looks and feels like, before moving on to explain how they should respond if they witness sexual harassment, suspect sexual harassment is occurring or it is reported to them.

Where required we can dovetail content with your inhouse policies and procedures on reporting.
